Writer, journalist, and Master's in Nonfiction Narrative Writing from Alberto Hurtado University. She is the author of Atrás queda la tierra (Atras queda la tierra, Seix Barral, 2024), an epistolary chronicle about Venezuelan migration. Her journalistic and writing work covers social conflicts and deprivation, forced migration, gender, and childhood. She has written and contributed to various Latin American media outlets such as Prodavinci, El Mercurio, El Hilo Podcast, Mutante.org, and El Tiempo, where she was awarded the Jesús Márquez Prize for her investigative work related to the food chain in Venezuela. She has lived in exile in Chile since 2016. There, she worked as a bookseller, co-founded Casajena editoras, and became a member of the Traza writing collective.
